Gamco, Gabelli reduce stake in Exactech

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 11 - Exactech, Inc. investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. and Gabelli Funds, LLC sold 73,500 shares of the company's stock.

The shares were sold between Dec. 19 and Feb. 2 priced from $20.36 to $23.92 per share.

The investors beneficially own 816,146 shares, or 7.04%, of Exactech's outstanding stock, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Based in Gainesville, Fla., Exactech develops orthopedic implant devices, related surgical instruments and biologic materials.
