Exa prices $41.67 million initial public offering of stock at $10.00

Offering sells shares via Stifel Nicolaus, Baird, Canaccord, Needham

Knoxville, Tenn., June 28 - Exa Corp. said it priced its $41.67 million initial public offering of stock. It expects the shares to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "EXA."

The company will sell 4,166,667 common shares at $10.00 per share.

Settlement is expected July 3.

Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, Baird, Canaccord Genuity and Needham & Co. are the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, debt repayment and acquisitions.

Exa is a fabless semiconductor company in Fremont, Calif.
