Russian's Euroset to sell $150 million notes via HSBC

St. Louis, Nov. 14 - Russian mobile telephone retailer Euroset has mandated HSBC to manage its $150 million offering of loan participation notes, according to a market source.

The maturity of the notes and the timing of the transaction remain to be determined.

Euroset sells mobile telephones and accessories in addition to digital consumer electronic equipment from more than 2,250 stores in the Russian Federation.
