By Reshmi Basu

New York, July 16 - Evraz Securities' $200 million notes (B3/-/B) will carry a five-year tenor, according to a market source.

The Russian steel company was previously considering five- to seven-year maturities for the fixed-rate guaranteed notes.

The notes are non-callable.

Pricing is expected in the July 19 week.

Credit Suisse First Boston and ING are running the books for the Regulation S deal.
