Singer ups stake in Evolving Systems

Charlotte, N.C., April 7 - Evolving Systems, Inc. investor Karen Singer bought 326,531 shares of the company's stock between March 12 and April 3.

The shares were priced from $1.94 to $2.10 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Singer beneficially owns 3,419,059 shares, or 17.7%, of the company's outstanding stock.

Evolving Systems, based in Englewood, Colo., provides software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and internet protocol carrier market.
