India's Everonn Education approves convertible debentures issue

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 8 - Everonn Education Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue convertible debentures at an extraordinary general meeting on Nov. 19.

Everonn is an education and training company based in Chennai, India.
