India's Everonn Education to consider issuing convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 6 - Everonn Education Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans at an extraordinary general meeting on Nov. 19 to issue convertible debentures.

Everonn is an education and training company based in Chennai, India.
