Moody's lifts Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, Ill., bonds to Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded ratings for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, Ill., to Aa2 and Aa2/VMIG1 from Aa3 and Aa3/VMIG1, respectively, affecting $597 million of outstanding bonds.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the review is being done ahead of an expected conversion of $49 million of series 2001B auction-rate securities to variable-rate demand obligations supported by a standby bond purchase agreement from JPMorgan Chase Bank.
