Evangelical Lutheran of Colorado considers refunding bond offering

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, April 28 – The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society of Colorado is considering a refunding bond deal, said a notice from the society released Tuesday.

The proposed deal would be conducted to refund the society’s series 2005 and 2006 health facilities revenue bonds issued through the Colorado Health Facilities Authority.

The closing of the deal, if it is priced, will be on or before June 30, the society statement said.

Pricing of the deal is contingent upon market and other factors.
