Eutelsat to price €600 million five-year senior notes

Portland, Me., March 25 – Eutelsat SA is in the market with a €600 million offering of five-year senior notes (Ba3/B+/BB+) with a global investor call held Monday, according to a market source.

The notes are non-callable for two years.

BNP Paribas is leading the Regulation S and Rule 144A deal.

Proceeds will be used for the partial refinancing of the company’s 2% senior notes due 2025.

Eutelsat is a Paris-based telecommunications company and satellite operator.
