New Issue: Slovakia’s eustream sells €500 million 2 5/8% notes due 2025 at mid-swaps plus 200 bps

Atlanta, Feb. 11 – Slovakia’s eustream AS – through special purpose financing vehicle SPP Infrastructure Financing BV – priced €500 million 2 5/8% 10-year notes at 99.255 to yield mid-swaps plus 200 basis points, according to a market source and a filing from the company.

Citigroup, ING, Societe Generale CIB and Unicredit Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The issuer is a Bratislava-based gas transmission company.
