Slovakia's eustream launches €500 million seven-year notes at mid-swaps plus 235 bps

Atlanta, July 11 - Slovakia's eustream launched a €500 million offering of seven-year notes (Baa1//A-) at mid-swaps plus 235 basis points, a market source said.

Citigroup, ING, JPMorgan, KBC and Erste Group are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

eustream is a Bratislava, Slovakia, gas transmission company.
