Eurotunnel board nominates seven directors for new company

Pittsburgh, June 12 - Eurotunnel's joint board nominated seven directors to the board of new company Groupe Eurotunnel SA, which was formed under the company's Safeguard plan, according to a company news release.

The board nominees are Colette Neuville, Pierre Bilger, Jacques Gounon, Robert Rochefort, Henri Rouanet, Philippe Vasseur and Tim Yeo.

Eurotunnel is the Paris-based operator of the Channel Tunnel.
