Moody's assigns Alkermes loan Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 rating to Alkermes, Inc.’s new senior secured term loan. The borrower is a subsidiary of Alkermes plc.

There are no changes to Alkermes' other ratings, including the Ba3 corporate family rating, the Ba3-PD probability of default rating and the Ba3 senior secured rating.

Use of proceeds will include refinancing a senior secured term loan and general corporate purposes.

The outlook remains stable.
