Olympia, Wash., Oct. 18 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of autocallable geared buffer contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Oct. 20, 2021 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund and the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent coupon at an annualized rate of 13.25% if each asset closes above its coupon barrier, 80% of its initial level, on the valuation date that quarter.
The notes will be called at par if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date after one year.
If the lesser performing asset finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of the lesser performing asset beyond 20%.
