New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.25 million 9.7% contingent income autocalls on indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Nov. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.25 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Nov. 21, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the Financial Select Sector index and the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.7% if each index closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on the review date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any review date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
