Morgan Stanley to price two-year review notes on Euro Stoxx Banks

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% review notes due Nov. 20, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 17.2% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 25%, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent. JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.

The notes will price Nov. 17.

The Cusip number is 61768CUL9.
