Morgantown, W.Va., April 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.05 million of 0% contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 26, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.35 times the return.
If the index stays flat or falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the index.
