Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.11 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 2, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index converted into dollars, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The initial index level was converted into dollars from euros at the exchange rate in effect on the pricing date, and the final index level will be converted at the exchange rate then in effect.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index gain, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 18.5%. If the final level is less than or equal to the initial level, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
