New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.38 million single review notes on Euro Stoxx Banks

New York, Oct. 2 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1,375,000 of 0% single review notes due Oct. 15, 2015 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a premium of 12.7%.

If the notes are not called and the final index level is less than the initial index level by 15% or less, the payout will be par. If the index declines by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final index level is less than the initial level.

The final index level will be the average of the index’s closing levels on the five trading days ending Oct. 2, 2015.
