New Issue: Scotiabank prices $11.25 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx Banks index

Columbus, Ohio, June 1 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $11.25 million of 0% digital notes due June 26, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 80% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,131 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the agent with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as dealer.
