New Issue: TD Bank prices $14.4 million digital index-linked notes on Euro Stoxx Banks

Columbus, Ohio, April 17 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $14.4 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due May 15, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to 70% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,105.20 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.4286% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the 30% buffer.
