Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $32.84 million of 0% digital equity notes due May 11, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,297.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose be fully exposed to any loss.
