New Issue: TD Bank prices $21.83 million digital notes on Euro Stoxx Banks

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 20 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $21.83 million of 0% digital notes due Jan. 18, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,076.70 per $1,000 principal amount. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% index decline beyond 20%.
