Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 8 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $7.94 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Feb. 3, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,367.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline from initial level.
