New Issue: TD Bank prices $20.31 million digital notes on Euro Stoxx Banks

Los Angeles, Sept. 15 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $20.31 million of 0% digital notes due Nov. 3, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,145.50 per $1,000 principal amount. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
