New Issue: Scotiabank prices $26.28 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx Banks index

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 9 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $26.28 million of 0% digital notes due Nov. 8, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,154.20 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
