New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.1 million buffer autocallable securities on Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.1 million of 0% buffer autocallable securities due Jan. 31, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any of five annual call valuation dates. The premium is 8.85% for the first valuation date, 17.7% for the second valuation date, 26.55% for the third valuation date, 35.4% for the fourth valuation date and 30% for the final valuation date.

If the notes are not called prior to maturity and the index has not declined, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 30% premium applicable to the final valuation date and the index return. If the index falls by up to 15% of its initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index beyond 15%.
