Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 27 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $852,000 of 0% digital notes due Jan. 26, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.68%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
