Morgan Stanley eyes equity-linked partial principal at risk notes on Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 22 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Jan. 27, 2023 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum return of $950 per $1,000 of notes.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 24.

The Cusip number is 61770FED4.
