Olympia, Wash., Jan. 15 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due July 14, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the greater of the return and 13.05%.
If the index declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the index return with full exposure to the decline.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
