Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.09 million of 0% jump notes with autocallable feature due Dec. 11, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 8.25% per year if the index closes at or above the initial level on any quarterly determination date after six months.
If the notes are not called and the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 41.25%. If the final index level falls but not below the 70% downside threshold, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will have full exposure to the index decline.
