New Issue: JPMorgan prices $147,000 notes linked to basket of three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $147,000 of 0% notes due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return. If the final basket level is less than the initial basket level, investors will share in the decline, subject to a minimum payment of $900 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
