Barclays eyes buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 26 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Dec. 1, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.17 to 1.22 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 27.
The Cusip number is 06747NPP3.
