JPMorgan to price uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on basket

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 21, 2024 linked to a basket consisting of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 80% weight and the and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any basket gain.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 18.

The Cusip number is 48132FJ23.
