Morgan Stanley plans buffered PLUS linked to Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 31, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 25%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will price on Oct. 28.

The Cusip number 61769HXD2.
