New Issue: CIBC sells $4.68 million digital index-linked notes due 2021 on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 17 – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce priced $4.68 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due June 16, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 87.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,143.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond the 12.5% buffer.
