Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $147,000 of 0% uncapped buffered equity notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index gain and 33.5%.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
