TD Bank plans to price leveraged buffered notes due 2022 on Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 28 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due Sept. 1, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus between 256% and 260% of the index gain. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 30.
The Cusip number is 89114Q4P0.
