New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1 million uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on basket

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 15, 2024 linked to a basket of an index and an ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with an 80% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.2 times any basket gain.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
