Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% review notes due Aug. 11, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 8.75% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review dates, except the final one when the call level will be 80% of each index’s initial level.
If the notes are not called and the final level of each index is at least 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
