New Issue: JPMorgan prices $766,000 contingent buffered digital notes on index, ETF

Chicago, Aug. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $766,000 of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due Jan. 22, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final value of each asset is greater than or equal to 75% of its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.7%.

If either asset falls by more than 25%, investors will be fully exposed to the lesser-performing asset’s decline from its initial value.
