New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.52 million buffered digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, July 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.52 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 15, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be $1,154.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
