JPMorgan to price contingent buffered digital notes tied to index, fund

Olympia, Wash., July 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% contingent buffered digital notes due Jan. 22, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each underlying component finishes at or above 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent digital return of at least 11.7%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on July 19.
The Cusip number is 48132CXK4.
