New Issue: UBS sells $17.35 million trigger jump securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., July 3 – UBS AG London Branch priced $17.35 million of 0% trigger jump securities due July 6, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will equal par of $10 plus the greater of the return and the fixed payment percentage of 31%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.
UBS Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
