Columbus, Ohio, June 27 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.27 million of 0% notes due June 29, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser of 2 times the gain and 23.1%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
