Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $851,000 of 0% notes due May 31, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par plus the return of the index, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
