New Issue: Barclays sells $1.07 million buffered SuperTrack notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.07 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 29, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.55 times any index gain.

If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.

Barclays is the agent.
