New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.33 million notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., May 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.33 million of 0% market-linked notes due May 12, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 19%.

If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than or equal to the barrier level, 70% of the initial index level, the payout will be par:

If the final index level is less than the barrier level, the payout will be $900 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
