New Issue: HSBC sells $2.34 million buffered AMPS linked to Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., April 30 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.34 million of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Nov. 1, 2021 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 48.75%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
